In addition to his similar duties with the Florida Sun Conference, Laderman was the NAIA Southeast Region's Sports Information Director, overseeing a total of 23 college and university sports information offices with regard to game management and statistical reporting.  While holding this position, he was the Press Chief for two (2) nationwide events: The 1999 NAIA Women's Soccer National Championship Tournament, and the 1999 NAIA Women's Softball National Championship Tournament.  Laderman was also named the NAIA Southeast Region Male Administrator of the Year in 1998 (also the only non-athletic director to win this particular award at that time).
