Hello - Thank you for your interest in purchasing an item from our 20 A-M store.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the coronavirus, and how it has affected our distributor and, thus, shipping costs, our return policy has been forced to change.
As of March 15, 2020: All sales are final. No refunds. However, we do accept exchanges.
Should there be any issues with your order, please contact us via email and we will do our best to help correct the matter.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within seven (7) days of receiving your product to 20A-MCommunications@gmail.com. Please provide your full name, address, phone number, product order number, description of product, and reasoning for exchange.
Then return item to Printful.com distrubition center. Address from which the product arrived.
Upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement item [item must be same as originally ordered. No exchanging of items].
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, due to the coronavirus, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note: We ship only within the United States.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
20 A-M or its distributor, Printful.com, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and/or shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Returned item must be postmarked within ten (10) days of receiving item. There is a $10 service charge for each exchanged item.

If a product arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to:
In your email, along with the photo, please describe how the product is damaged. Include your name, address, phone number, and, when applicable, order number. A replacement will be sent to you by our distributor, Printful.com, at no cost to you.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within three (3) weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four (4) weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at the expense of our distributor, Printful.com.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distributor. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
