During the 1996 Olympic Games, Laderman was the Assistant Sports Information Director at the South Florida Olympic Village [host site of Olympic soccer teams]. He controlled the daily operation of the 1996 Olympic Games' Sports Information Office at the South Florida Olympic Village, including the handling of statistics, rules and regulations, team travel arrangements, and all other aspects associated with the running of the Games' Sports Information Office.​
